Roofing on Sutton Coldfield housing

Why a dry ridge and hip on my Sutton roof?
Because mortar bedding fails: it cracks, lets water under the ridge tiles, and the tiles lift in a gale. On a hipped roof with a lot of ridge, mechanical fixing is the single best upgrade you can make.
Can you re-use my clay tiles?
Often. Clay outlasts concrete by decades. We sort what comes off, re-lay the sound ones with new fixings and match the shortfall.
Do the Four Oaks covenants affect my roof?
