What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode and anything you write in your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry, to arrange a survey if you ask for one, and to prepare and follow up a quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, for security and to keep the website running.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for marketing lists you have not asked to join. We only share it with the service providers who make the website and our email work, and, if you ask us about finance, with the finance partner handling your application.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any project that follows, and then for as long as we are required to keep records for legal, tax and guarantee purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to or restrict how we use it. To do any of these, write to us at the registered office above or use the contact form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If how we handle personal information changes, this page will be updated before the change takes effect.
