Loft conversions on Redditch housing

Yes. It needs the trusses replacing with a designed structure, typically steel beams and new joists, and that is the bulk of the work. It is a normal job for us, but it is why a trussed loft costs more than a cut-and-pitch one.
Will I need a dormer?
