Leamington is the clearest example on our patch of consent and materials driving cost. On a listed Regency terrace the leadwork behind the parapet is most of a roofing job and the materials are specified for you; in the conservation area an extension needs an application and matched stucco or brick. On the newer estates at Warwick Gates and Whitnash the same jobs are conventional and priced accordingly.
