SuperFOIL uses multi foil technology that was first utilised by NASA in its spacecraft to manage extreme temperatures in space. NASA uses foil to act as a radiant barrier, reflecting heat to prevent both heat loss in cold conditions and heat gain from solar radiation.
Whether under roof tiles or thatched roofs, in attics or under floors, vapor-tight or breathable: SuperFOIL has countless applications to optimally insulate your renovation or new construction project and achieve maximum energy savings.
Our products are distinguished by their robust quality, ease of installation for construction professionals, and high insulation value compared to other reflective multi-foils on the market. Moreover, SuperFOIL is highly flexible and easy to install in combination with existing insulation. This saves you valuable time!

The primary function of the foil is to reflect radiant heat, which accounts for most of the heat transfer in a home's roof or ceiling during summer and winter.
SuperFOIL products consist of multiple layers of reflective aluminium foil separated by wadding or foam layers. These air pockets between the layers help to prevent heat transfer through conduction and convection, in addition tothe heat reflection.

The technology, developed for domestic and commercial use, is designed to be a 3-in-1 solution, combining thermal insulation, a vapour control layer (VCL), and a radiant barrier in a single, thin, and flexible product.

By reflecting heat back into the home during winter and deflecting solar heat in summer, SuperFOIL helps regulate indoor temperatures and can lead to significant energy bill savings.
